O’FARRELL TOWERS SENIOR HOUSING, SAN FRANCISCO

Located in the heart of the Tenderloin district of San Francisco, this 100% affordable housing for seniors is 12 stories with 101 one-bedroom units and ground floor senior center services. It is owned and operated by the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) who are known for their work improving communities and providing more affordable housing to the underserved Tenderloin neighborhood.

LDP undertook a full building interior and exterior renovation, including new exterior windows, exterior façade improvements with a new fresh exterior color scheme, complete unit and common spaces finish upgrades, an addition providing more ground floor service spaces, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades with an integrated solar thermal system on the roof.
