35 Dolores Street, in San Francisco’s Mission District, is a new four-story residential building on the site of a former car repair warehouse. The building includes 33 spacious condominium units with off-street parking spaces in a below-grade garage.

The project has a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 690 to 1,330 square feet. The building is set back from the front of the property line allowing stairs to give second floor units direct access from the street. The project provides a new 4,900 sf rear yard, augmenting its neighbors’ common mid-block open space.
