Located in West Oakland, The Linden sits among Victorian, Queen Anne cottages, Italianate, and Craftsman buildings and only a handful of blocks away from bustling Uptown.

The Linden is a quaint 11,700 SF, made up of six attached 3-story townhomes. The design compliments the surrounding historic buildings using individual porches, horizontal lap siding, bay projections, single hung windows, and eave projections. A variance for additional height allowed for a series of gable roofs to better fit into the neighboring context and preserve a historic element of the property.

The townhomes consist of a kitchen, living space, and five bedrooms. The bedrooms give the experience of studio living using bed nooks, ensuite bathrooms, and vast built-in cabinetry with a sink and microwave.
