2400 Filbert Street, Oakland

This new construction of a 4 story building will replace a warehouse building in West Oakland. The building will contain 77 residential apartment units, including 12 low-income units and 6 very low-income units, as well as 10 work/live units in an existing commercial building.

Corrugated metal siding interacts with the historic industrial nature of the neighborhood while the building’s mass steps down to compliment neighboring residential buildings.
