Located across the Street from the Lafayette Public Library and Learning Center in downtown Lafayette, the linear site is 1.47 acres and backs up to a seasonal creek in a concrete culvert. The project uses the state density bonus to propose 71 units, including 6 townhouses and 65 flats, underground parking, and corner parklet.

The site plan breaks down the massing with a series of courtyards and steps down from its 4 story height to two and three story sections as it meets the street. The townhouses along First Street provide a transition to the single-family homes in the adjacent neighborhood. The architecture embraces the informal residential architecture of Lafayette.
